MMy name is Stephanie and I am a therapist, a mom, and married to my partner in crime. I have been interested in psychology since early high school and decided to pursue a career in mental health after going through my own battles. I Some of the most influential people have been my own therapists who helped me through my dark times. Over the years I've been practicing, I've fallen in love with trauma therapy and addiction/recovery treatment. I am specialized in Military, Veteran, and Families (MVF-CSW), Gambling addiction (CGC), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and substance use (C-CATODSW). It has been my dream to have a practice to help others thrive. 

I am passionate about helping others through the good, bad, and ugly.  I strive to provide the best care for every client, providing support and autonomy.
